THEORETICAL BASIS OF DEVELOPING INSTRUMENTAL SKILLS IN MIDDLE-GRADE STUDENTS

Аннотация

This article covers the theoretical and methodological foundations of the process of forming and developing musical instrument playing skills in middle school students. Musical instrument playing is considered as a multi-component process inextricably linked with musical literacy, listening culture, technical competence and artistic expression. The article analyzes on a scientific basis the psychological and pedagogical conditions necessary for the gradual development of basic musical instrument playing skills in students, methodological approaches appropriate to age characteristics, and the use of national and world performing traditions.
