Abstract

One of the key problems in financing entrepreneurial activity is the time gap between the delivery of goods and receipt of payment from the buyer. An enterprise may demonstrate sales growth and accounting profits while simultaneously experiencing a shortage of cash due to a substantial volume of accounts receivable.
