Abstract

Bugungi kunda global iqlim o’zgarishi, yer degradatsiyasi va karbon emissiyalarini kamaytirish masalalari dunyo miqyosida ustuvor yo’nalishlardan biri hisoblanadi. Ushbu tezisda degradatsiyaga uchragan yerlarni qayta tiklash jarayonida karbon aktivlarini shakllantirish, ularni GIS, IoT, sun’iy intellekt, Blockchain hamda MRV texnologiyalari asosida avtomatlashtirilgan monitoring qilish va xalqaro karbon bozorlarida monetizatsiya qilish imkoniyatlari tahlil qilingan. Taklif etilgan platforma karbon kreditlarini hisoblash, sertifikatlash va raqamli savdo maydonchalarida realizatsiya qilishni yagona tizimda amalga oshirish imkonini beradi. Tadqiqot natijalari monitoring muddatlarini 80 foizdan ortiq, verifikatsiya muddatlarini qariyb 67 foizga qisqartirish, monitoring xarajatlarini esa 55 foizgacha kamaytirish mumkinligini ko’rsatadi. Mazkur platforma O’zbekistonda yashil iqtisodiyot va ESG tamoyillarini amaliyotga joriy etishda muhim ilmiy-amaliy ahamiyat kasb etadi.
