Abstract

This article examines the issues of improving the methodology for teaching intervals and chords within the disciplines of music theory. The concepts of interval and chord serve as an important theoretical and practical basis for the formation of musical literacy, auditory culture, harmonic thinking, and performance competencies. The article analyzes the possibilities of using visual aids, listening exercises, interactive tasks, analysis of musical examples, performance practice, and modern pedagogical technologies in teaching these topics.
