Ushbu maqolada Farg‘ona va Andijon viloyatlarida yetishtirilgan Simirenko, Golden Delicious va Boyka olma navlarini sovuq zanjir tizimida saqlash samaradorligi tadqiq etilgan. Tajriba natijalari sovuq zanjir tizimi mevalarning tabiiy yo‘qotishlarini 34–38% gacha kamaytirishini, sifat ko‘rsatkichlarini (qattiqlik, qand va organik kislotalar) yaxshiroq saqlanishini hamda fiziologik va mikrobiologik kasalliklar darajasini sezilarli kamaytirishini ko‘rsatdi. Eng yuqori saqlanuvchanlik Simirenko navida kuzatildi. Tadqiqot natijalari sovuq zanjir tizimi iqtisodiy jihatdan samarali va amaliyotda qo‘llash uchun maqbul ekanligini tasdiqlaydi.
