PERINATAL COMPLICATIONS IN CHILDREN, WHICH WERE BORN AFTER ASSISTED REPRODUCTIVE TECHNOLOGIES WITH IN VITRO FERTIZILATION

In fertility problems affect 8-12% of couples of reproductive age. Singletons born after IVF have a higher risk of adverse perinatal outcomes such as gestational age and low birth weight, as well as multiple meta-indicators of preterm birth (PTB), low birth weight and small for gestational age (SGA). - confirmed by analyses. The relative risk (RR) after IVF for PTB is 1.54 and 1.84 compared with natural singletons and the odds ratio (OR) was 1.55. The development of IVF techniques over time and antagonist or low-dose gonadotropin protocols and the assessment of perinatal outcomes of recent cohorts remain important.
