Аннотация

Teacher burnout is an increasingly prevalent issue in the educational landscape, characterized by emotional exhaustion, depersonalization, and a reduced sense of personal accomplishment. This paper examines the effects of teacher burnout on student learning outcomes, highlighting the correlation between teacher well-being and student performance, engagement, and behavioral issues. By utilizing qualitative and quantitative data collected from various sources, this study aims to provide a comprehensive understanding of how burnout impacts classroom environments and student success. Findings suggest that higher levels of teacher burnout correlate with lower student achievement and increased behavioral problems, ultimately emphasizing the need for systemic changes in teacher support and mental health resources.
