Abstract

After gaining independence, our country began to form its independent position in the fight against crime. In this regard, it is recognized that it is better to prevent crimes than to expose the culprits, punish them, compensate for the damages caused to the victims, and ensure the execution of punishments, and comprehensive reforms in the judicial and legal sphere have been implemented. Crime prevention has become a priority in our country's fight against crime. This was also reflected in the newly adopted laws, amendments and additions to the laws during the years of independence.
